I am a Certified Life Coach Practitioner who is compassionate and dedicated to helping my clients experience transformational change and empower them to reach their desired goals.
Professionally, I bring 30 years of experience within the Ontario Government, including Senior Management positions in Human Resources.
My volunteer experience for over 30 years includes serving as the Social Welfare and Human Services Chair, responsible for managing social support programs, such as crisis support to assisting individuals and families facing life’s hardships; I was also responsible for managing burial and funeral services coordination and bereavement services. In addition, I have helped hundred of clients find gainful employment in their field of work. A large population of my clients were unemployed, underemployed, refugees and new immigrants. I helped them with job search, interview skills and training initiatives. Having made a big difference in the lives of my clients through my professional and voluntary work, I was inspired to become a Life Coach.
On a personal level, having lost someone close to me, and through my own healing from this loss, I wish to help my clients through their grieving process. The main benefit of my coaching is that you are supported by someone who has journeyed with grief and understands what that is like.
